Experienced training and compliance professional with many years working offshore and within the IRATA rope access industry as a Level 3 Technical Authority. Currently Head of Training and Compliance at Advanced Controls & Management Systems Ltd, where I have led the successful achievement of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, as well as IOSH Approved Training Centre status. With a background in engineering, safety leadership and operational delivery, I bring a practical, professional approach to training, underpinned by real-world offshore experience and a strong commitment to high standards and safety.
Interests
My interests include Kuk Sool Won; a Korean Martial Arts that I do 2 to 3 times a week with my 3 youngest children, I also enjoy watching my son play football most Saturday's and watching my daughter at Gymnastics competitions, where she competes at Regional level.
At work, I break my day up with a daily swim and gym session which keeps me fresh.
At home, when I'm not a taxi to my children or walking the dog I enjoy growing Lion's Mane and Oyster mushrooms and producing my own Kombucha, milk and water kefir.
