Experienced training and compliance professional with many years working offshore and within the IRATA rope access industry as a Level 3 Technical Authority. Currently Head of Training and Compliance at Advanced Controls & Management Systems Ltd, where I have led the successful achievement of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, as well as IOSH Approved Training Centre status. With a background in engineering, safety leadership and operational delivery, I bring a practical, professional approach to training, underpinned by real-world offshore experience and a strong commitment to high standards and safety.

With over 20 years’ experience working at height and more than a decade delivering professional training, I bring practical expertise and real-world insight to every session. I’m also a qualified First Aider, Fire Marshal and Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider), ensuring safety, wellbeing, and professionalism are at the heart of my approach.
