The Abrasive Wheels (CITB Assured) course covers the safe selection, handling, inspection, mounting, and operation of abrasive wheels. Delegates learn to identify hazards, select the correct wheel for the task, select appropriate PPE, and learn how to work in line with PUWER to reduce the risk of accidents when using grinding equipment in the workplace. The delegates will be able to identify defects and carry out pre-use inspections.

This course is the full First Aid At Work with the additional units necessary to also qualify for the accredited First Aid Awards OFQUAL Level 3 in Paediatric First Aid. This Combined First Aid At Work and Peadiatric First aid has the beniefits of saving time and money on the two separate courses. This will satisfy the First Aid regs for the workplace and also Early Years Foundation and OFSTED. Learners will gain two certificates immediately after passing this course.
