Description

Our Abrasive Wheels course provides essential training for anyone required to use, mount, or inspect abrasive wheels in the workplace. Covering key safety regulations, correct handling techniques, and risk assessments, this course ensures compliance with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) and promotes best practices to prevent accidents. Participants will gain hands-on experience in mounting, dressing, and storing abrasive wheels safely.

This 3-hour course includes both theoretical and practical elements, ensuring attendees leave with the confidence to operate abrasive wheel equipment safely. A practical assessment is required, so full PPE—including head, hand, and eye protection, as well as full coveralls—is mandatory.
